We decided that our class would adopt a tree from our very own woodland! We will visit it and inspect how it changes throughout the seasons in the school year.
After a long discussion we settled on the Holly tree! The one we have chosen is very small at the minute. We will make sure we leave lots of leaves, twigs, berries and flowers around it to attract lots of creatures.
It was a very exciting day for the class. We will learn a lot about the Holly Tree this year!
Ryan found a nest that had fallen out of a tree, we had a close look at the nest and he left it at our Holly tree.
